The restaurant is cold, don't like the music, try a new food/drink you don't like, thats not your server's fault
BAd service is rude servers, poorly cooked meals, forgotten items, requests that are ignored. I rarely get bad service
I learned long ago, Black people in particular, if you encounter bad service, Don't complain to your friends or online later TELL MANAGEMENT on the spot, or you're letting it continue.
