18. Of course he isn't worth $18 million. But when you submit an offer sheet for an elite young No. 1 center, you're paying a premium just for the chance that Anaheim won't match it. A lot of people are saying Anaheim has to match, but I'm not convinced that's the right move. Philadelphia can afford a contract like this, but if Anaheim matches it, they end up putting themselves in a very difficult cap situation.
