  1. Brad trading away our 2 first rounders on a team that is not that good was a foolish move. No first til 2029. This will suck bad next year and the year after seeing Boston & Philly have a high draft pick for the magic beans we got in return.

  2. A nice mercenary team that ended up with a lucky first overall pick. Maybe that's what Nashville was missing back then, that first overall pick on top of all the mercs.

  3. McKenna – very good
    Raddysh – very good
    Blueger – 2.5 – very good
    Paul – 3.15 – good/ok
    Roslovic – 4 m – fine
    Andrae – 1.55 – fine
Duhaime – ah, probably would have passed but not the end of the world.
Sissons – This one puts a very bad taste in my mouth and we really needed to use this cap on a Giroux/Tolvanen type imo.

  4. IF Brobovsky bounces back, IF Paul bounces back, IF Raddysh can keep up last season's career-year numbers, Roslovic who runs hotter and colder than Domi and signed to a higher AAV… Great if it works out but that's a big gamble on a lot of ifs.

  5. if you are a leafs fan, you should love what they have been doing. good signings for good value on a cap that is rising and going to be rising rapidly. these moves are good and trust me i like to make fun of the leafs as much as any other canadian.

  6. Proof is in the pudding! Leafs have signed great goalies near the end oftheir career before Balfour, and others.Bobrosky isa different animal. We shall see.b Ihave given up being hopeful.

  7. In the display lineup chart, our supposedly two top-six left wingers have a singe year of pro experience between them. Obviously, both players have a ton of potential, but does anyone else wonder if the enthusiasts might just possibly be counting their chickens before the eggs are fully hatched?

  8. I have a question.

If bobrovsky has the same or worse year then last year. Then stolarz is a glassman again. Who are the leafs 1/2 in nets??

  9. Hello leaf fans. We should temper expectations. Why?? For the 12th time in a row.. the leafs rebuild the bottom 6….yawn. Again.

They signed grampa to be the #1 goalie despite having his worst season ever. Counting on Stolarz.. again…except this gm actually shows Stolarz isn't a #1. So now we must count on them. Dangerous

    Yaaaa we got older

  10. Wait….50 goal guy??? Adam… who's the 50 goal guy you are talking of? Please for the love of the leafs dont say that 13.25mil 52pt guy

  11. Excellent analysis.
FLA is over rated. We stole their goalie. They are relying on a lot of old guys being able to play the whole season and into the p[layoffs. How'd that work out last year? Markstrom, Goudas, Marchand riding electric wheelchairs to the rink. The punk brotheres are always injured.
