The NYI can never seem to get right matching production value with time on ice. I'm looking at that from both ways; having guys on ice to score goals and having guys on ice to prevent goals. It all goes hand in hand which is why I think the Isles defense pairings are so crucial. Can the D beat a forechecker and either use their feet or make quick passes to exit the zones? This team has gotten burned by giving up second and third chances to other teams because they can't clear the zone effectively enough. Ideally the W who turn the puck over the least will get the most playing time.
