  1. I'm going to cheer Fredrick on and hope he has a better season. Don't know why they would have traded for him as he was injured but we have to hope he regains his form

  2. But if you’re adding the player at the deadline because you can afford him, how are you not cap compliant come playoffs? I think what they mean by that is the LTIR loophole

  3. Mmm, I don’t want Bowman spending money for the sake of spending money. That went badly last year. IMO there’s no one worth bringing in at these July prices.

They probably want to see whether Savoie and Howard can stick as 1st or 2nd line forwards.

They want to keep cap space and their limited pick assets to bring in a player via trade at the deadline. In March they’ll have a much better idea of whether they need a F D or G for the playoffs.

  4. Got rid of nurse for no reason. Dont even know what to do with that money and no one wants to play in edmonton and get ran off lmao

  5. I guess i dont understand how this works then… cuz why not accrue the almost 33? Does that not mean u can spend 33 and have that still be cap compliant for the playoffs??? What am i missing here?? Anybody make sense of this?
