2. I wanted to slap the internet on the head when I saw Hage trade bait videos. This kid is special, and the story is behind him and the habs is even more special.

11. Hage has been touted as NHL ready right now by every NHL pundit who's commented on him. Good to see other players looking good as well. Would have been nice to see Pickford there too.

12. Always enjoy a good HJ video in this heat. Glad you said you respect Hage’s decision. Kid went through enough at a young age, let him take his time before joining the crazy circus. Maybe he enjoys picking up his cappuccino from a fine looking brunette every morning before school. He’ll be a Habs before long.

13. If Hage is the 2C that fans are hoping for, then let the kid develop his faceoffs and get a bit bigger. With shorter games played in college, he can spend more time getting stronger and working on those faceoffs. The future is 😎

29. Like last yr, I think University of Denver Ben Merrill again stood out at the dev camp red vs white game. Another is recently drafted from USDP Parker Trottier. He caught me off guard how well he can play with the puck on his stick. Of course Hage, LJ & too a lesser degree Sawyer & Zharkovsky all gave us a taste of things to look forward to in the near future.

30. In Finland, we have mandatory military service for all males that are deemed fit enough for it, so no mental illness, drug addiction, broken knees or other disabilities.

    You can also do it as kind of community service if you don't like guns or the idea

    You can choose to do 165, 255, or 347 days

    You are conscripted(not sure if it's the right word) when you are about to turn 18. It's also pretty easy to just get deemed unfit for service if you really don't want to do it

31. Hage is a first round pick out there with guys that will be lucky just to make it to Laval.His skating is simple easy he kind of glides faster than the others but this is NOT a measuring stick by any means once you hit the NHL you need more than just skating.
    I try to keep it in perspective when I watched I actually wasn't that impressed with this group of prospects.I thought Zharovsky skating looks sub par he is not smooth gliding around like Hage he needs to improve his skating or he will never make Mtl.

32. Sadly MTL looks to be done the impact players are staying put so this will be pretty much close to the same team as last year and I expect a few players to drop off a bit.IDK if any will actually improve on points maybe Demidov maybe Anderson if he gets some PP time "I doubt it".

33. Hage will work on faceoffs and his defensive game. He's not entirely exactly ready, and he knows it. The brake pedal is the one on the left.

34. Agree with all your thoughts. I think Sawyer, who is now around 6'3 and 200 pounds is going to be a player to watch next year.

35. Mooney might be awesome good but we seriously don't need another 150lbs smurf in the line up. Won't win a cup with that.

36. Look at how the goalies were playing. It was a joke. Either they're that bad, or some of their saves were way below average.

37. Keep in mind Hage was hurt late last year. He definitely wasn’t helping last year due to that. But he got no problem with him getting center reps in Michigan

38. Finland's military training mainly centres around defending themselves against Russia.. that locker banter about to get real interesting when Koivu is back 😅
