As a VGK fan to be honest Lauzon should had skated another foot or so to make sure that there was no question on an icing. He had time and space to do that. On most of the Carolina goals our defense was nowhere to be found and usually playing a forward position. Honestly we were lucky to win with all the mistakes we made. East to West turnover passes directly onto Carolina sticks that led to Carolina goals need to end.

Officiating in this league leaves VERY MUCH to be desired. Over the past decade, the league’s agenda has become less and less veiled. Bettman continues to be good for team owners, terrible for longtime fans & players, and a permanent stain on the sport itself.
We got one of these questionable icings that favored us against the ducks but this one was way worse.
