i dont get it so we were supposed to overpay on some old washed up guy? Let the kids play. they were our best players in the playoffs while Tage and Tuch went into hibernation mode
Very Kevyn Adams style off-season. Let a guy go you don’t want to pay, and trade a guy who wanted out. Draft and hope to retain for eternity. No big fish ever. Same as it ever was.
Jarmo transitioned into Kevyn Adams since the end of the season. He now identifies as a TransKevyn. His preferred new name is “T.K.” 😂
The problem with clark is she’s literally getting fouled nom stop but tbey refuse to call it so shes forced to do that in order to get a call that she 10% should be getting, i think most buffalo fans probably enjoy watching clark bc the abuse and rigging she faces is similar to how the sabres and bills get screwed
The difference between jarmo and kevyn is jarmo has some evidence that the kids can play at the NHL level while kevyn just hoped they could
Jarmo and his staff apparently are confident in what they see in-house. Honestly, I don't disagree at this point. Question is…How will they come out of the gate as a team
So in the playoff run all the fan moaning about needing more Metsa, Ostlund and Helenius was just hot air lol?
We dont have Stanley, Schenn, Pearson, Greenway and that is all a huge plus. Tuch, Byram were influential but if you recall we looked like a worse team when Ostlund got injured in the playoffs. Kulich returning, Helenius and Ostlund are ready now, Crevier and Zelweger are nice additions.
Give Kekäläinen a chance. I love these arm chair quarterbacks that are working from home or flipping burgers thinking they know better then Kekäläinen about whats going on and what should be done. Its going to be 3-4 years before you can give a good evaluation of how he does. Unless some disastrous move is made or perhaps a fantastic move is made……to be determined…..

Alex Tuch and Bo Byram only wanted money over wanting to stay for something great this Sabres team was building!!
And I'm not worried about this Sabres team!!

Noah Ostlund and Konsta Helenius both showed playoffs wasn't too big for them
And Jiri Kulich can be a 30 goal scorer I have all the confidence.
Louis Crevier provide great stay at home defense and Olen Zellweger great upside.
I have confidence in the team Sabres have now
