For Columbus, Martone is part of the package or itβs not happening. Michkov isnβt of interest to Columbus. It doesnβt matter what Philly wants to trade, Columbus doesnβt want to trade Werenski. With multiple teams bidding and the metro tax, it wonβt be scraps.
I agree. If you can get him without giving up Martone or MM Iβm all in. He will help us win another 10 games this season with his help on d and power play. Also, it makes it much more appealing for others who want to come on over!

They're not gonna trade Martone or Zegras 100%. Its extremely unlikely they trade Michkov. So would Columbus trade him for Forester, Cates, Zavragin? They'd probably have to throw in the Toronto pick to make that work. Surely another team has a better offer. And do they risk trading Zegras' best bro York away right now? I would tell him hey this is business you need to get behind that but you know Zegras would be really bummed

Foerster is untouchable to me! Tippett & York, ok, but not Foerster! Tippettβs shots miss the net more than they go on net.
I would only trade for him as long as we have a contract extension done with him at the time of the deal (so we would have to have Columbus permission to negotiate with him before the trade). No extension no deal

just having Foerster and Martone for a full year with Woll as back up should put this team in bettter position next year. why cant people see that
The Flyers window is 2 years from now. Have to weigh what is given up for Werenski may push it back to 3 or 4 years. And listening to you all talk about trading Michkov and worship the ground Tippett walks on. The kid in his second year with a different coach in a different system and a language barrier put up the same amount of points, on a much weaker line with less minutes. For 20 years the kid played a certain way, then he is supposed to just majestically come here and fit in perfectly. He showed up out of shape in his first offseason as a kid. You should be talking about trading for Nikishin! He fits the mold. He is a top 4 defenseman on 28 of 32 teams in his second year. He is 24, so he fits the timeline. He has the potential to be top pairing defenseman. Oh and he had like 30 points on Carolinaβs 3rd pairing.
Well Werenski just vetoed a trade to Dallas per ESPN for Harley as the centerpiece return. Supposedly he wants to stay in the Eastern Conference. So that knocks it down to 15 teams. Allegedly Tampa Bay & Toronto are the top spots & could see Boston because McAvoy was his D partner on the Olympic team.
Wouldnβt mind sending York, Forester, & a 1st for him. If need be Bonk or Barkey. If it ends up being York, Forester, Bonk, & 1st itβs basically the same return as the Quinn Hughes trade, 4 1st round picks.
Think Toronto will probably end up with him though with a deal centered around Matthew Knies & Morgan Reilly. Plus he is supposedly tight with Matthews. Whatβs worse is that Toronto pick might not be worth nearly as much!
If the flyers get werenski without giving up michkov or martone, that would probably be one of the best trades since the 05 lockout. I'd be shocked….because i just don't think it's realistic

They love Tyson Forrester and to be honest I would hate to see him go before he got injured he was on fire. This coming season he is really going to make a name for himself. Iβm telling you. I said that this past season, but then he got injured, which was disappointing for him to be out basically the entire season. My prediction is that he is going to be almost or exactly a 30 goal scorer. That kid is got a dirty wrist shot. I would rather give up inconsistent tipp sure heβs fast and when he is good, he is good, but he is extremely inconsistent and has been for quite some time. But the only problem with giving him up is you lose that speed which is pretty important
The Flyers drafted Ivan Provorov 7th in 2015. Columbus picked Werenski with the very next pick.
