Hopefully this means we will get to see Will Villenev and Ben Danford play some minutes.
Thinking the Blues rebuild is almost complete, and I could see this potential trade: Thomas & Parayko for Knies, thoughts? Now that they have Carlo, they should be thankful for Carlo at this price, because I think he's worth more and potentially is the stop-gap if they move Parayko FINALLY and if it wasn't for the lottery balls this trade could have cost the Leafs for 2+ years!! lol
So, the way I see the Carlo fiasco, is not unlike you John, if not for that foolish trade we wouldn't have McKenna, which proves the Leafs are God's favorite team PROVE ME WRONG!

Leafs used one of those 3rds on Zac Olsen from WHL Sask. Described as a great skater, buzzsaw, very physical 6'1" 208 is a tank very thick and fills the need for more Jam in bottom 6 who has a motor and can score. This is not a small player and will get bigger. Think Joey Kocur 6'1" 225
Do now we have holes on defense and missing a goalie……so other trade coming ?
Brilliant move to ship this guy off now before the new coach you believe is going to turn this team around has a chance to recover the insanely high value assets we poured into this never worthy of the price tag player.

Everyone’s a Monday Morning Quarterback. Just remember back at the Deadline when Nobody was saying “eewwww a First for Carlo? Nope shouldn’t do it”. What they Were saying was, “Big Right Shot D Man, and you gotta go all in if you want to beat Florida”. So Tree makes that trade, but now Everyone’s an Expert as to why the trade was no good. Pat yourselves on the back, you earned it.
