SJ just got 9th overall in a trade which means they can pick Stenberg and a Defenceman using both thier 2nd and 9th picks
also the only people worried about Manny and Caleb on the same team are the fans and thats only cause the Media in Vancouver sucks like that, nobody knows how if would go until it actually happens if it does
Due to the eklund trade I think San Jose was opening a spot for stenberg on the left and I don’t like that, I think the Canucks will get Malhotra as they need a centre Desperately.

The draft lottery shafted us so bad that I bet management still has no clue who their going to pick at #3 even though it’s the night before the draft! 😳🤣
Logically they should take Reid because he's a right shot d man and could be worth a lot in the future if they need to trade him, but I want Carels. He's going to be a star and I saw him 3 times this season because he plays for my hometown team the Cougars. I don't think they should take Malhotra because there's just too much potential for drama with him and we've seen enough of that. That being said I do like Malhota a lot. Mckenna and Stenberg will go 1 and 2 for sure.

Torn on this, kind of like the idea of the fun Zeev and Reed top pairing for years to come and maybe they start a new American group text gang that likes it up north, the prospect of the first ever father son duo to lift the Canucks first cup is also cool too though. my prediction is Hronek waives and goes to SJS for the 2nd overall and we get Mckenna there
