1. The thing that really worries me out of that conversation is the idea that you end up with a half dozen teams spending every dollar all the way to the cap and then you have the rest of the league using internal cap limits. If your favorite team isn’t in the right market or doesn’t have an owner with deep enough pockets, it really creates a lot of second class teams. That kind of reminds me of how baseball is these days.
