Like them or not the Tkachuk's are bringing alot of attention to the game in the US.
I think the fact that the Sens granted Brady the wish to trade him to Florida and the fact that they didn't get Lundell is pretty bad business. Both from a hockey and an image standpoint.

Tkachuk-Barkov-Tkachuk, now that's one heck of a nasty line and on paper has potential to be legendarily strong. The big question behind that kinda obvious observation is that did Florida pay too much and is this going to pay off. I'm getting bit of a meme vibes here, like this feels kinda be a GM move on a level. Of course Tkachuk brothers don't have to be set on same line along with Barkov and that strength can be spread out around the line up.

I think this might be a blessing in disguise for the Sens.
Brady was becoming a distraction and was sub-par in the playoffs.
He will probably play better in Florida, being sheltered with his brother and Bennett.
Hopefully the Sens can do some good for those picks. Whether they are flipped for forward help or used to replenish their farm team.

Hey Steve, I don't know if u know but the Sens are reportedly making a "big push" to trade for Jason Robertson and if they can't by July 1st, they might give an offer sheet to him. Also, the Sens are linked to McTavish and DeBrusk.
