  5. You're not getting him for a late 1st rd draft pick. WTF would Buffalo do that? They'd keep him and, if they can't sign him, he's gone at the trade deadline – would get a huge return at that point.

  6. Frankly, I don't think the Canucks have the player capital to get it done… Now, Seattle…. I could see that working and that's not that far south of Vancouver BC

  8. Byram can always “come home” during the off season. But the Canucks should not be paying big bucks to be at the bottom of the standings and why would Byram want to play golf when he could be in the playoffs?
