  4. My thoughts are Morrissey should be the first guy traded. It should happen before the draft. My proposed trade would look like this: Morrissey and Namestnikov to Buffalo. Owen Power + Quinn/Krebs + Buffalo's 1st(14) to the jets. Buffalo gets an All Star offensive defenseman who will quarterback their pp, as well as a solid experienced middle six winger. Morrissey's contract is most likely the best deal in the league with 2 years remaining. Owen Power is on an expensive contract at $8.35 while only producing 29 points last season. Quinn would fit in on the Jets 2nd line and his 51 points would fill in adequately if he can repeat that pace. Krebs is a good energy player who draws penalties and hits. The jets would be the long term winner, but Buffalo would end up being the immediate winner in this deal. They are looking to get further in the playoffs after a decent run this year. If Namestnikov isn't the addition they are looking for, there are other options. Neiderreiter comes to mind, as well as one of our young goalies. Buffalo is loaded with young prospects, so they would probably welcome some experience.
