Maybe don't cost the Team a 2nd round draft pick for the stupidest reason ever! There is NO WAY you would fly out of John Wayne Airport for a game that starts at 6:30–6:50, regardless of OT. There is a curfew, which is true, but everyone knows it and usually flys out of Ontario for such reason as last takeoff is usually around 9:45 pm. Let's also not forget that following the win and elimination of the Ducks, leaving without the required media interview and availability, which cost the Knights their 2nd round draft pick and Torts $100k! HELLO! Also, just poor sportsmanship to not join the handshake line.

I’d much rather see Tortorella coach Edmonton than Babcock. Although Torts can be immature and a jerk to the media I don’t believe he’d treat people nearly as poorly as Babs. Plus his interactions with the media here in Edmonton would be pure entertainment.

Torts will wait until another team needs an end of season boost and get hired by that team just for end of season and playoffs
Imagine having that good of a record and costing your team their first round pick AND losing the cup cause you hitched your wagon to Sharter Fart AND the team not taking him back.
I could see Vegas bring back Bruce Cassidy briefly, with a plan to have their other option in the wings as soon as Cassidy fumbles. That would f over the current teams looking to take him.
