He really emphasized on culture in this interview & yesterdays press conference. I never heard Hiller or DJ smith mention that once.

The biggest thing that I love on what he said was “we shouldn’t worry about 12-14 because that doesn’t matter anymore, it’s about building a culture about people who wanna battle everyday for each other and win games” hiller and everyone else hanging on to the past as if that’s the same locker room we had 🤦‍♂️
