When I read this preseason, I was livid because its rediculous! Just like crying about E. Kind hooks stats. We all know what these players are capable of and its a case of getting them on the right pairings.
All this to possibly still miss the playoffs.
Caufield also had 12 goals and 21 points in March…except he did it in only 14 games.
Caufield has 28 goals in his last 27 games.
5 goals, 7 points and 3 game winners in his last 4 games.
Oh and Cole is not 28, he's only 25.
