The reason the VGK had to come back from deficits this season was because we did not have quality goaltending. Hart letting 3 in tonight is an anomaly. When Hart does let some questionable goals in he doesn’t get rattled, he locks it down. With the other goalies 3 goals often turned into 5 or 6 goals. That is the difference. As far as the Torts factor is concerned it is starting to look like a GENIUS move. I don’t think VGK is in this situation if the coaching change isn’t made.

Really tired of the clearly Vegas biased commentary during the game. Kale was taken out of first 2 games, McKinnon is now injured and out. Vegas barely won against the ducks, at full strength they wouldn’t stand a chance against 2026 avs at full strength. Their year start record at full strength was untouchable. Injuries happen but it’s just dumb luck Vegas wins on circumstance. They’re objectively the worse team.
Lets not forget the Aves just won the cup in 2022, and Vegas also just won the cup in 2023. neither of these teams winning the cup is very exciting in my opinion , Hoping for Carolina or Montreal, only bc it's been longer since either of them won, Either way they both beat my Sabres and Vegas has Jack Eichel who has already won a cup with LV so I'm pretty out on this years Cup, I'll watch but the winner is irrelevant too me.
Someone has to do a deeper dive on this. Is this actually the easiest cup path ever? Vegas were literally able to “pillow fight”through the regular season, roll out of bed for the Utah series, wonder if the ducks series was a dream, and then wake up in the WCF to empty net nate and the colofraudo avs… you gotta be kidding me

I love seeing McKinnon screaming at Necas on the bench….Because Necas kinda vanished in the playoffs. Necas don't like being hit. Necas dont line fighting in the corners. Necas dont like going to the front of the net. Pretty sure Necas has shown his teammates his as soft as a creampuff. Its why im glad Necas is no longer a Hurricane.
With this Avs team, if they get their confidence back with one win and earn their bounces they CAN win 4 in a row. Its a longshot but it has been done before and if any team can do it its the Avs
