Draft stenberg at #2 or trade #2 pick to VAN, CHI, or NYR and take best defensemen.
Stenberg at 2. Sign Raddysh and trade for Fox if You could. It would probably start with Eklund and the number 20 + more. It might be cost prohibitive assuming Fox would waive his NMC.
