Were going to see more 15 million plus a year contracts over the next few years due to how fast the average league salary cap is projected to increase over the next three years. We'll probably see a few more hit that amount per year. Next season is where the free agent landscape and cap space will really be noticeable. It'll be interesting which teams can take advantage of this first. So some strange reason, I think the Sharks are going to be major players in attempting to acquire, high value FA's and with Celebrini, along with all that extra cap space. It'll be very interesting to see, which direction they choose to go over the next three years. Oh right and they've got the second overall pick in this year's draft. I believe they'll 100% take a defender. I'm just not sure which one.
On Kirill, Zucc's career was all but over until Kirill……Kirill's Centre linemates have been Rask, Steel, Gaudreau, Bjugstad, Sturm, Hartman, Rossi, Ek, and Yurov. Kirill is a career 1.20 PPG player playing primarily with slappies….
Also, Quinn is reportedly getting closer to $15M -$16M but remember this, He already makes $7.85M which is calculated in an spoken for so they are ACTUALLY giving him $7.5M which coincides with Spurgeon coming off the books SO it will literally cost Guerin almost nothing to re-sign Quinn if he wants to play in MN……
Also keep in mind both Boldy and Faber are making around $4M less than they should be, so it all washes out in the end with Kirill and Quinn.
Kaprizov has zero centers and a 38 yr old 5,'6" Robin to his batman. I would like to see any other winger do even close to what he does. Give him a top 20 center and see what happens…

Kirill is easily the best shot in the league. If he only got dished top tier passes and wasn't busy confusing the defense he could be a much different player statistically.
