  1. Claude Lemieux is one of the most underrated players of all time
He scored more NHL playoff goals than Mario, Howe, Ovechkin, Crosby, Yzerman, Jagr – 9th all time – only Hull, Sakic, Bossy, Richard and a grip of those Oilers scored more
He won four Cups on three teams in three decades and two millennia, a Conn Smythe trophy, and was the ultimate playoff pest – intense, gritty, and clutch
RIP to an Avs, Devils, Habs, NHL and hockey legend – you were one of a kind – goodbye Pepe

  2. NHL, please take this one more as a hint to do something better to deter intentional head hits and actually care about players’ safety. Take concussions, TBI, and CTE seriously.

  3. That game 4 was brutal. Honestly, he'd still be alive had the habs not lost 3 in a row. What a historical moment. A hall of famer was pushed over the edge by his team not shooting the puck

  4. We loved Claude Lemieux in Colorado! Had his #22 Avalanche jersey. He was such an important part of that inaugural Avalanche team that won the Cup in 1996. Prayers to his family and all of the hockey community.

  5. 0:32 Even as far back as '95, the crowds were booing Gary. πŸ˜‚

RIP to the legendary power forward who made hockey really fun to watch whenever he was on the ice. Few of us who lived to see it will forget the Wings/Avs rivalry in the late 90's.
