I totally agree DK! Watching the AHL playoffs is soooo slow and clunky! I don’t like watching it and also turn the channel lol!
Defensive offensive, offensive defensive? Hockey is a lot more dynamic than that. If you don't have the puck, you can't shoot the puck.
I like to look at goalies by not the pucks they stopped, but what pucks they should have stopped. it takes a team to make a better goalie and a goalie to make a better team. When a team only allows you to shoot from one location, keeping the goalie from moving around, it usually makes a goalie look good (except for MAF).
I consider the Ranger's Shesterkin a really good goaltender. if those guys were any good, they could have still been playing. I really believed in our team when we chased him out of the net.
Do you think it worked out that Dan Muse used 2 goalies this year? Sure, we lost a few, but the team learned how to play with either. It's not the reason we lost to … them.
