This Plan Could Change EVERYTHING For Calgary…

Can the Calgary Flames actually go from the bottom of the NHL standings to a legitimate Stanley Cup contender in just four years?
It sounds impossible, but a blueprint already exists. In this video, we break down the massive lessons Craig Conroy and the Flames management must copy from the Montreal Canadiens’ aggressive, fast-tracked rebuild. If Calgary plays their cards right, the timeline to competitive hockey might be a lot shorter than you think.
What do you think? Can the Flames pull off a 4-year turnaround, or is this wishful thinking? Let me know in the comments!

  1. Flames have 8 picks in the top 68 this year lol, thats 11.76% of the picks. No way we dont hit on a couple of these guys! Exiting times indeed. I still cant get that parekh goal from the last game of the year outta my head.

  2. Montreal drafted properly. Like Calgary did in the 1980s. If Johnny and Daniel stayed they would have been in the playoffs and losing in the first round.

  3. What the flames desperately need is a star forward. Craig has done an amazing job of drafting great supporting casts of forwards this past 2 seasons. We already have a really balanced d core with a star dman, and amazing pair of goalies. 1 star forward is what it takes for this team to go from bottom of the league to being a playoff team (not necessarily a cup contender just yet). Their main problem this season was scoring and it shows by having their best point scorer being only at 45 points.
