The BOLD Way The Bruins Get BACK Into Stanley Cup Contention In 2 Years? | Garden Level Pod Ep. 33
On Episode 33 of the Garden Level Podcast, hosts Cam Stuart and Dan Conlon are joined by Tom Calautti of Black N Gold Productions for a full deep dive into a MASSIVE offseason ahead for the Boston Bruins. With the pressure mounting to maximize the Stanley Cup window around superstar winger David Pastrňák, the guys break down the aggressive moves Boston could make to get back into serious contention.
The crew discusses some of the NHL’s biggest restricted free agent storylines and whether players like Jason Robertson, Pavel Dorofeyev and Zach Benson could realistically become targets for the Bruins this summer.
Then things get REALLY interesting.
Cam, Dan and Tom throw around blockbuster trade ideas that could completely reshape the Bruins roster — including a stunning dream scenario involving Adam Fox and another major swing for Robert Thomas. Would Boston actually have the assets to pull off a move of that magnitude? And how aggressive should the Bruins be while Pastrňák is still in his prime?

Toronto, Hagens, ours this year is only a conversation starter for the Thomas trade. Bet on mitten and Hagens fix the d and get wings
"it was a nice experiment with Aspirot, but I think we all see he was better suited in a lesser role" No, Aspirot wears 45, not 73. You are looking at the wrong player who is incapable of playing first pair minutes in the playoffs. You want Fox, trade Charlie! That is the bold move. Really that's the only move at this point. It's the necessary move.
Maybe you could entice Dallas to move another valuable player so they can keep jrob
I don’t know if it’s fair to trade mason until we see him on the number one power-play unit getting more than 30 seconds on PP. My gut tells me that if we trade him in a year or two we’re going to be saying why can’t we get players like that bottom line? I think it’s a mistake to trade him. I honestly don’t think he’s gotten an affair shot.
I would rather have Brent Clark over Adam Fox or especially over Rasmus ANDERSON. For various reasons I just think that Clark has a higher upside at a younger age
Remember them all
