  3. Noooo. We need more ELITE skill. Robo or bust. Give them Geekie and whatever else it takes. Then try to get hronek from Vancouver for Lohrei prospects and picks. Build up the wings around the young centers while they develop

I don’t know why you guys keep talking about Hagens as a saviour at centre because he’s showed Zip so far even at Boston college he didn’t shine at centre he was good on the wing Gasseau made that line gel with Létourneau in the other wing . Hagens hasn’t looked good at IIHF tournament this year l think he’s on the 4th line on a weak USA team plus he gets pushed off the puck constantly. Enough about him until he shows something. He did fall in the draft for a reason .

  5. Something like Zacha the 23rd and a lysell or a decent prospect for Winnipegs 8th overall. Winnipeg needs a good 2c. He would be perfect for them. You could get T Lawrance or a RHD. Having Zacha on a long term contract of 7 or 8 will be very bad going forward. Zacha will never have as much value around the league as he has does now. Trading him for something that can help for the next tens years is good asset management. Instead of doing what we did this year with Arvi you knew we weren't going to win it all. You could of used a extra 2nd and got experience for Proitras or Lysell so you know what you have for next year. Sweeney has to actually be creative this year. If he doesn't then he is going to waste a bunch of assets. There are 2nd pair RHD available(Whitecloud, Kesselring, Schneider to name a few). If you are worried about Pasta getting pissed about not going for it all. Then you show him the plan and all your assets going forward. If he doesn't like it then you show him the friggin door. If you let him run you like what McJesus does in EDM you will make panic moves like they do. Have a plan in place and be creative they have enough to make multiple moves that will make this team better for years to come.
