Pridham did a fine job but he isn’t the god everyone says he is, he’s fine to replace. Honestly most people are just hating because of who’s in charge, not if the move makes sense. Front Office needs this shakeup it may fail, it may work but at least it’s different

Figuring out the salary cap involves high school level math and knowing the league rules. Is it hard to replace a “cap wizard”. Maybe Pridham has other skills like using analytics to evaluate players.
I think Chayka and Sundin will screw up on Draft day.
Not enough experience and Mats will probably push to draft Stenberg which I think would be a mistake.

It's a league of what have you done for me today. No championship so I mean it's time for a change. He probably did a to good of a job and thats why were here today because he kept us cap compliant team when one or two players should have been traded. Plus he would of also been responsible for the contracts handed out.
Pridham helped write the CBA. Who else would know how to work around it than him? Really bad move. Backwards step here.
