One BLOCKBUSTER Trade Could Make the Sharks Instant Contenders | Fix Your Franchise 26

1. As a Sharks fan, I'm on team Stenberg, but i would accept the trade suggested for Fox & #5. The problem is he has a full NMC.

2. I think I would be ok with the trade. It fixes the defense now and adds a good defense prospect for later. However, Fox has a NTC that is very restricted and he’s stated he wants to stay in New York or at minimum the east coast.

   So the trade is almost never going to happen but it is a fair one.

3. Rather keep Stenberg and get proven Dmen by Free agency like Darren Raddysh or Jacob Trouba

4. I stopped watching when I saw Ferraro penciled in on the top line.

   And Schneider

   I almost had an aneurysm 😂

6. The Blackhawks won three cups becasue they had the best D core. Look at the teams they beat; they all had great forwards but lacked depth on the blueline. Without a good defense core, you will never win a cup. Look at the Oilers; they have two of the best players on earth, but cannot keep the puck out of their own net when the chips are down.

7. Fox is a top 5 dman in the league, at worst a top 10 and you are saying it's a fair value to give him away to move up 3 spots on the draft and a late 1st. NYR wouldn't give him up for the 2OA alone! sharks would have to add a top prospect like misa to even get the conversation started. sharks can say no to that and that's ok given their position and timeline but Fox is a franchise defenseman, almost a PPG on a shit team who had trouble scoring most of the season. the team crumbled when he got hurt, that's how valuable he is. Bunch of nonsense.
