  1. The thing that's still annoying is that refs punish the result of the play and not the play itself. The refs only called a penalty because Poehling was injured, they didn't even call anything until he was lying on the ice concussed.

  2. You can't review a penalty you never called. 🤦‍♂️

Draftkings, FanDuel and other Online Jewish Gambling sites have ruined this league.

Players today are encouraged to flop more than ever. Meanwhile Crosby actually gets hit in the head by a stick on purpose and gets an embellishment.

Its so rigged and completely unwatchable.

  3. Thats never a hockey play dude anybody can see that was done on purpose. 1 game ban for this hit isn't enough that was a headhunt concussion play. Mcnabb needs to taste his own medicine

  4. It's so weird they punish accordingly to the outcome. If Poehling stands up immediatly, would it still be a penality? I feel the ref blows the plays dead when he saw Poehling did not stand up.

  5. And the idiot moron pk subban basically said that was a clean check. Clean check? You can definitely hold off any late check or hit when no one has the puck! Fuck outta here pk

  6. That same hit happened at the end of the game on Coghlan but since he wasn’t hurt nothing was called. But since Poehling was hurt it’s a 5 min major. Def Vegas Golden Refs.

  7. Lined up that hit from the center ice puck drop. Geezez. Yeah let's just kill a guy because ya can for no other reason than you can. Absolutely trash life decision to do that. Typical Vegas hockey shenanigans. They tried to kill pavs and here we are again.

  8. The sporstnet annoucers are absolute garbage people "It was a good hit but" … there is nothing good about a hit that someone is not expecting and doesnt prepare to absorb

  9. if he pumped the brakes when he should have, this would have been a minor penalty. instead, he kept on going.

yeah, it still would have been a hard hit, but he also likely wouldn't have been plastered against the boards/glass as hard and might have been able to skate away.

5 minutes was the right call, and rule 56.5 dictates a game misconduct must be handed out on a 5 minute interference call if the infraction resulted in an injury.
