  1. lost to Florida 4 – 1 last year, Florida went on to win their 2nd consecutive cup. What I would like to know is why Tampa's ideology changed and they felt that thuggery would get them past the 1st round and beyond. Big Mistake

  2. Still tough and need some time. That’s part of being the fan that invest the whole season and watches all 82 games plus playoffs. But having Julien and Coach Cooper (get the man his Jack Adams for the love of Hockey God NHL) being all class even in defeat is something to help & hang the hat on.

I’m never gonna be the fan that gets 13 straight years of playoff caliber and SCP caliber hockey and still find reasons to b!tch as a fan of think the world is caving in. That’s for the lunatics.

Tough to swallow, but love my Lightning and love our leadership.

As we’ve found out in this world now more than ever, classy & honest leadership ain’t easy to come by in this world or being taken fir granted.

Thank you for another season of great hockey ladies and gents of the Lightning organization 🙌

  3. Going back to the cup loss against Colorado, the Lightning have lost 5 straight series with a 9-20 record. We need a youth movement. Geekie, Goncalves, James, Crozier, & Carlile should be getting more minutes next season. Bring up O'Reilly. Yes, we may be mediocre for a season or two, but getting the younger guys more experience is important. If the older guys don't want to stick around for a mini rebuild then trade them. Going forward, I think Hagel, Cirelli, & Gourde should be the leaders. *On a side note, Dominic James made me forget about losing Isaac Howard. I hope the kid takes the next step.

  4. Do Montreal fans go around everywhere introducing themselves as Montreal fans? “Montreal fan here, can you point me to the pickles aisle?’

  5. Be nice to see the playoff format change to 1 v 8, 2 v 7, etc. The east was so tight anyway, maybe it wouldn't have made much difference this year, but in general it would likely help avoid having 2 legitimate contenders play each other early.

  6. It's been really overshadowed and overlooked, but I think letting Douglas go on waivers was the biggest mistake of the year. They lost so much of their physical edge and he was exactly the kind of player they could have used in that series. He didn't even have to record a point, when you have guys like that that are big and imposing and will fight It boosts the confidence of the whole team. Just seems like there was really no good reason to just let him go And he was providing a lot of spark when we were at our best.

  7. Imagine winning a game 7 with 9 shots !
    Well we did it !
I would like to thank Niki Kucherov for not being a factor in the playoffs !
    GO HAB$ GO

  8. Not concerned about the power play ?! It was literally the difference of us during the playoffs ! If we had our power play scoring. We would have won this series.

  9. Panthers fan here, always time to see the light and support the real Florida team 🤷‍♂️ bolts will always be our little brother. That’s just how it is

  10. 3 plays 4, 7 plays 8. The Bolts should not be sitting out. The NHL has to ALLOW THE BEST TEAMS TO MOVE FORWARD. The present system is lNSANlTY [from a Hab's fan]

  11. Tampa losing in the first round is tradition now just like Carolina losing in the Eastern conference finals.. Sports bettong is tough af as it is, but I sure appreciate the predictable stuff. Thanks for the money Dummy!

  12. JBB thanks for another great year, I'm a huge Bolts fan, (I live in Las Vegas) and I continuosly travel all over to see this team, just this year alone I attened: TBL vs VGK in November, flew to Tampa for BOS vs TBL stadium series in Febuary, flew to Minnesota for TBL vs MIN in March, flew back to Tampa in late March for SEA vs TBL and NSH vs TBL. I look forward to more games and arenas to be seen next year. GO BOLTS! ⚡⚡⚡
