  1. This was bad. This is the stanley cup playoffs and we would not even hold the puck in our zone or passes from teamates. It should not be this hard to play true 100 precent tampa hocky, weve yet to show that. Defence has to step up and why in the last min is when we put pucks on nets, get more traffic infront of 5 year old golie and shoot the puck! this was a crucial game. Back to loosing forst round i suppose. Vasy cant do everyting. This is dispickable how we have not had the lead in the series or in a single game for that matter barly.

  2. Giving up a freebee 3 minites into the game in a crucial game at home, with all the momentum.

You tie it and let them score 11 seconds later!

    Long stretches with no shots

Game 5s performance was inexcusable. They need to show up to 6 like a different team

  3. Tampa is certainly the more talented team but MTL is PLAYING like they famished. They want it so much more than our guys and it shows. We all know how deadly Tampa is when we turn up the heat but our 3rd line has been so bad this series. This looks like another 1st round exit. Super unfortunate TBL has to play MTL the first round. This is the ECF type of hockey. They really need to go to 1-8 format and cut the division crap out. Same thing with the Central Division with Dallas, Minnesota and Colorado. These teams should not be forced to play each other the first round just because they are geographically closer in location. What a ridiculous rationale.

  4. Cooper has to go. Once the coach becomes best pals with the players its over. Happened in Pittsburgh and happened to the best teams. These guys acted like this was a game in October. No urgency at all.

  5. The league is getting younger. Coop has a lot of veterans. Stamina isn't sustainable for over 60 minutes. The sand is running out of coops hourglass.

  6. It was nice to see that Mr. Smarmy Cooper wasn't smiling during, or after, the Game last night. I love it. When he talks after a game, he never credits the other team with playing well, it's always we didn't do this and we didn't do that. He never mentions the coaching mistakes that he made! It's always someone eles's mistake, but not his. We call him Mr. Smarmy in Montreal!

  7. The future of Montreal is insane, we're getting a taste in this series. Youth, talent and depth. We have to admit they are a very good team. Maybe ours is getting older and too comfortable?
