Philly is going to win this series. They are the better, younger, hungrier team. They will probably get beat easily by Hurricanes but thats ok, Flyers are positioning themselves to be top 2 in Metro with Carolina in future years. Very smart moves to sign Vladar and get Zegras. These young cats Michkov, Forester and Martones can play hockey man.

Why are Pittsburgh fans booing skinner?
Excellent effort by the Flyers. They played THEIR game, not the type the Pens wanted. Holding Pittsburgh to 17 shots, keeping the score low, attention to defensive assignments and close checking are all ingredients in the recipe for a series win by Philly. If they can keep this up, the Flyers will find themselves in the next round.
I'm quite sure Vladar would like to have that goal he gave up to Malkin back. Uncharacteristic bad goal for Vladar.
