Cole Caufield has had a season for the Habs’ history books becoming the sixth player in franchise history to hit the 50-goal mark in a season, but with a daunting first round matchup against the Lightning does Caufield need to elevate his game to Nikita Kucherov’s level? TSN Hockey analysts Jamie McLennan and Bruce Boudreau join Domino’s That’s Hockey to debate.

LOL good luck doing that
Every hab needs to elevate his game. Kucherov averages 2 points a game. So habs have to score 4 goals every game to win
The only saving grace is any team is beatable
I mean let’s be real, Caufield can attempt to raise his game to any level he wants. He isn’t the same style of player as Kuch and never will be, pointless discussion
These people..😅 Kucherov is on another level. No one on Montréal is matching him. Gimmie a break.
Go Habs Go
Bruce there it is
They obviously ignored the last two games these teams played each other.
As much as I hate Tampa , they are deep, can roll three lines all night and they have one of the best goalies who has ever played the game, without some kind of miracle this is not Montreal's year.
As a Habs fan there is no Canadien that can match what Kucherov has done and has been doing recently. The only thing you could do is shut him down which isn’t going to be easy
That's a dumb question. Suzuki is already at Kucherov's level.
No, Kucherov has to elevate to Cole's level.
They can't match in the same way because the officials will not allow that. Lightning players will be allowed liberties, they always are. The habs won't get that from the officials.
Hopefully Arber goes out collecting scalps
Dobes’ emotions enabled him to win this year.
Why would Caufield have to elevate his game? He can already thread the puck over Vasilevskiy’s shoulder, no need for him to change.
