What we can learn from Bouchard

Evan Bouchard has his deficiencies but they are outweighed by his offensive and puck possessing assets. In this Part 1 video we break down his passing and why its so effective.

There is always something to be learned from every player. Bouchard is no different.

Comment and like if we should make a part 2.

  1. Great video for my 2012 center!! It shows him the verisility that he could have especially when the other team is not paying attention!!

  2. I've admittedly had my share of criticisms of Bouchard but I've always thought he was treated with way too much scrutiny for his errors. I think it's just cuz he has that low-cortisol demeanor so when he makes an oopsie it looks like he doesn't give a shit but his offensive numbers clearly prove otherwise. Also, I was at that game where he made that beauty stretch pass to Draisaitl against Vancouver. Too bad the Oileyboyz couldn't finish off those Canuckleheads that game but oh well. Good game still. And great video! Subbed

  3. All very good points on Bouchard’s under appreciated skills, but it’s hard to remember those things when he coughs up the puck leading break aways and goals such as he did in the LA game last Saturday. His blunder gave up the only goal the lead to the Oilers loss, as he has done dozens of times.
