Goaltending issues, then lost the #1 for 6 weeks. Brady missed 20 games; D has been hurt most of the season in some form; Jensen and Chabby were hurt multiple times; Sandy and Kleven are out, some at the same time, to the point we used 12+ D since the Olympic break. The reason we are where we are is the system, and that is Coaching with player buy-in, and that 100% the Coach's job, so yeah, not saying he should win, but I think he should get some votes.
