Buffalo is the only team I feel we look moderately comfortable against… but who knows where they will land. Id rather play Carolina than Tampa or Montreal. Smart move to rest players who need it.
Congrats to the B's and Sturm for a fantastic season. Honestly nobody thought they'd do this well and they've been in a tough spot on the schedule losing 4 in a row. I'm tired of hearing that they "backed in". It's BS. After they won those 4 games in a row it was almost impossible for them not to make it. So they deserve the credit for winning those 4 tough games and they deserve and earned the playoff spot. Why do so many people have the urge to act so negatively? They are not as talented as some of the top teams, but they hang with them every time. Maybe they'll get a lucky bounce or two in the playoffs or maybe Swayman will stand on his head. It's a tough first series for sure. But I bet the B's make it interesting. Congrats to the B's. GO B'S
Why is Hagens on the 4th line?! Sturm is such a sh*tty coach for doing that. The 4th line is meant for grinders who bring grit and play in the defensive zone. At least play the guy on the 3rd line. He’s not gonna have any success when his two linemates are the two players in the league with the most fighting majors this year.
