  1. I feel sorry for Todd McLellan, it must be frustrating coaching a team that's lacking competitive talent at this level, it's a big ask with this group.

  2. Haha so glad I didn’t watch these games. After I bought the hockey package to support the dead wings in January they become painful to watch. Embarrassing. Next year I will only watch your highlights wings. Waste of time to watch boring lifeless hockey. Atleast I still got my oilers to watch, a little less boring. Sorry debrincat you good tho

  3. I was at the game they was like fire yzerman chanting it ..once again missed the playoffs by 1 or 2 games and a few points same old redwings.

  4. At least we got two good players in the trade 🎉. We will be better in the future. Look at Buffalo! This team will be good . We just need to be a bit patient and hopefully some good moves in the off season

  5. what a bunch of gutless heartless wonders this team is, the griffens could of done just as well they probably would not have made the playoffs either but I bet they would have played with more heart, get rid of half of these losers.

  6. Thus the results of the 2022 UFA class Detroit added. Not a lot of heart and really this roster is young and inexperienced for understanding how to make the playoffs.
A hard reset is needed but SY will just keep making risky moves.

  7. Unfortunate end for the Wings. They play well this year in the most competitive division. Hopefully they’ll end the drought next year.

  8. I mean BOO man! Where's the heart? The intensity, the grit? Totally different team since February I think. Terrible finish, guys! Terrible deadline Stevie! Yzerman better do something or GTFO!

  9. In all my years watching hockey as a Detroit Wings fan, I don’t think I can remember a team that was as bland and lackluster as this team. I mean in the NHL altogether. They are not tough, board team, talented team, defensive team, offensive team, or any combination of the aforementioned. They simply go out there without an identity and poor/weak leaders whom I’m sure are BS in the locker room. If Steve and the organization was waiting for them to find their way or identity, it simply never happened. The majority of the kids and talent are European, where it seems they simply lack the grit to win. Dunno… Yzerman and the Coach probably are as confused as us. Where in the hell is the backbone? Just flat and soft. A tough guy and a true leader are needed in Detroit. Larkin is not the leader this team needs. He is a second line starter, but Detroit is lacking AN ENTIRE 1st LINE talent group. No way the playoffs were in the cards.

  10. Oh wow 10 years in a row not making the playoffs. As a Habs fan, I didn't see this coming, mainly because 1-2 months ago, Detroit was in a playoff Spot with more Regulation Wins than Montreal.

Now it's Boston & Ottawa to fill in no 7 & 8th spot.

  11. Detroit now owns the longest Drought in NHL with no playoff appearance with 10 Seasons straight Something needs to change Trade the whole team and rebuild From Scratch at this point whats the worse that can happen

  12. Devils Disappoint Detroit in hockey.
Good-bye to your Playoffs, Red Wings😢🤮🤢👎📉🦨💩🚽😞🤬😡😩😤💔

  13. That’s the laziest backchecking to try to save a season that I’ve ever seen.
