The triceps muscle extends your elbow joint – straightens it. Any movements that do this – and you enjoy – are plenty good. Don’t worry about isolating the individual heads, it really doesn’t matter that much.

  1. A tendon in my left elbow reliably pops on triceps exercises so I just do super small ranges of motion and holds instead.

    Will i still get jacked or should I watch a few Jeff Nippard Videos, several Dr. Mike videos, and a dozen new study videos on hypertrophy?
