  1. there has been a pshcological shift in modern young players, and also within the establishment regarding starting younger players earlier

  2. Dobes makes the Habs a legit contender. The scoring and goaltending will do a lot of damage in the playoffs.

  3. Montreal would be smart to bring him in for a few games. As they did with Demidov. He has great vision and puck movement. Another weapon to use.

  4. Playoff teams are evenly matched in eastern playoffs. No expectation for a deep run. Could very well be 1 and done as well as conference final.

  5. Hey guys, you always make it so much fun to watch. A+++ Ivan Demidov " his english is coming along nicely! 🤭Sounds authentically Canadian to me!🤣😂 GO HABS GO!💯💙🤍❤

  6. I don't think they should put Hage in the line-up. He has just returned from an injury and will be a bullseye for the opposition. There is no need to add him to the roster for the playoffs. He will be a prime target for every gorilla on the ice! We are not going to win anything this year anyway. Let him fully recover from his injury, and then train hard all summer under the guidance of our fabulous development staff.

  7. Demidov Hage and Zharovsky are all playmakers, who is going to pot there passes. I guess its Kapanen. Is Kapanen the man?? Free agent is an empty shelf this year.

  8. Love the channel fellas. It's hard not to be incredibly excited for the playoffs! Go Habs Go!

  9. I can't help but return to the coaching: St. Louis is a genius, and every one from Hutson to Caufield to Danault – they've all benefited. Coach of the Year

  10. How can any of the MSL haters not think He’s a top candidate for coach of the year? The youngest team in the entire NHL with 102 points and counting and maybe a top 5-6 team overall!

  11. I don't think the Habs should try to slot Hage in. The team needs to mature, not get younger. Don't play him unless truly necessary due to injury, etc.. And once the season is over, start shopping Laine and Monty. I'm sure there are teams looking for a goalie like Monty.

  12. We should take it easy with Hage. He hasn't demonstrated great goal scoring in the NCAA. To expect him to be another Demidov is a bit too much.

  13. Montreal Dynasty 2027"
    1. Cleaning the table (Financial freedom)
    – Patrik Laine: End of contract (+8.7M).
    – Mike Matheson: Trade (+4.8M). Freeing up space for an elite, young defense.
    – Brendan Gallagher: Trade (+6.5M). Cleaning up the salary cap for the stars.
Result: With a growing cap to $104 million, we are the most financially strong team in the league.

    2. Buy Šimon Nemec Trade: Prospects and high draft picks to New Jersey.
Profit: Šimon Nemec (8-year signing / ~8.5M). You have a brilliant Nemec – Hutson duo.

    3. Buy Sidney Crosby Trade: Michael Hage, Zachary Bolduc and Zharovsky to Pittsburgh.
Profit: Sidney Crosby (8.7M). Mentor on the ice even after a career in the club's structures.

    4. Buy Pavol Regenda Trade: Lower draft picks to San Jose. Profit: Physical strength and character for the 4th line.

    5. Buy Shane Wright You buy Shane Wright (probably for a package of future draft picks or excess prospects).
Profit: Wright comes in as a humble player, ready to learn from Crosby and Suzuki. He rotates in the TOP 9 and on power plays in the system.

    Lineup:
1st Lineup Cole Caufield, Sidney Crosby, Kirby Dach Noah Dobson, Kaiden Guhle
2nd Lineup Juraj Slafkovský, Nick Suzuki, Ivan Demidov Šimon Nemec, Lane Hutson
3rd Lineup Josh Anderson, Phillip Danault, Alex Newhook Adam Engström, Arber Xhekaj
4th Lineup Alex Texier, Jake Evans, Pavol Regenda

Extras / Rotation: Shane Wright, Alexandre Carrier, Oliver Kapanen, Sam Blais, Florian Xhekaj, Pickford, Joe Veleno, Owen Beck, Joshua Roy.
