Vikings have a decent O-line and much better receiving weapons like Jefferson – Addison – Hockenson – and veteran receiving RB Jones. Top 3 defense and better coaching and oui ownership. Murray's chances to succeed are greatly improved in Minnesota
Didnt Murray lead the Cardinals to the playoffs once? You put him with a better franchise or scheme, he might go to the Super Bowl! Cause the Cards are awful!
We said the same thing about Sam, Baker and many others. There is a Veteran market that started in dumpster fire franchises and when they get a second chance and actually developed under a great coaching staff, they finally get to their level. This signing is a wait to see rather than labeling early like the whole world did to Sam.
If Sam Darnold can make a come back Kyler can. Put him with Jetta a solid run game and a decent OC he can do damage. The problem with Arizona was he was to big for that city. They haven't had success outside of Kurt. In Minnesota they've had recent success and a stud at receiver. Outside of Marvin Harrison who has he had to throw to??
I think the Vikings made a big mistake in bringing him in. They had injury issues last year at QB and now have pretty much thrown McCarthy to the Wolves. They've given up too soon so this is a do or die for Vikings HC O'Donnell. Like all the other players that leave the Vikings, JJ will win the Superbowl with another team.
The Vikings went 9-8 with historically bad QB play. They even won a game by two scores with 3rd string QB Max Brosmer netting only 3 yards of offense. Kyler Murray doesn't need to be elite or even great, he just needs to be not horrible.
Drew Brees was a "short" QB….he had a great career. I am not dismissing Murray quite yet. I think he has a LOT to improve though and if I am being honest I am not sure he has it in him, but you never know. Look at Sam Darnold. He was left for "dead" but he managed to turn it around.
I’m pretty sure he was stocking groceries somewhere before he got a phone call so he definitely should know what a fresh opportunity can do for a career

We all need to wait and see. Darnold was seeing ghosts and now hes a superbowl champ and a nfc championship mvp.

James harrison on nfl live today – saying his was #1 interception in super bowl history courtesy of mr. Warner

It’s funny cause darnold was allowed to stick around long enough to find a good spot. Why is Kyler at his limit

O'CONNELL IS GONNA GIVE MURRAY ABOUT A DOZEN PLAYS TOO LEARN, SO HE AVOID INJURIES 😊

Will see kurt hope he makes you look stupid!!
Boooooooo Booooooooo. The Cardinals want win a game in the NFC west.
Freeeeeeee Murray!
7 years and no improvement. I dont need to know what on the other side, ive seen enough.
Going to MN will make Kyler a pro bowler.
He's as tall as the average human.
People think being 6 foot 5 is normal.
It's why you only see freak athletes in sports. Before it was the circus
WHATS SCARY IS YOUR FACE
Sam darnold perfect example now stfu
Vikings the QB dumpster of the league.
Was he in a bad spot or was he the bad spot, I think he can do it, he was in a bad spot.
Kyler should have went to the MLB after this release.
Man, Kurt Warner was great.
We now have the 3 worst QBs in Minnesota ! Time to cheer for any teams that suck more!
Well lets see Darnold had 7 yrs in 🤔
He's not getting any taller.
Just move the chains, don't carry the team.
Dude cannot wait for Kyler! SKOL!!!!
Justin Jefferson is about to have the best season in NFL history.
Pretty rich coming from a guy that was a 27/28 year old rookie
He has pretty good numbers but that doesn't mean shit. Hopefully he can get a fresh start in Mn and help J Jefferson get back on track!
Kurt Warner just said nothing.
These guys are already " at that level" $$$$$
I hear Josh Rosen is available.
I wish Kurt could reach out qb’s everything he could. He would be an incredible qb coach I imagine.
Kurt is a legend no doubt
Well look what Darnold just did. It takes the right team
Sam Darnold did it
A 5'7" QB (not 5'10" like he claims) with t-rex arms and baby hands has never been an elite QB in the NFL.
Bro no one gets 7 years for a proof of concept on anything but then again this is Arizona so…
