In order for the Jets to make the playoffs; Kings or Preds lose tonight, Preds lose to the Ducks tmrw, the Jets beat the Blues on the nineth, the Preds and Kings lose on the nineth, the Jets win on the eleventh, the Preds lose on the eleventh, the Jets beat the Knights on the thirteenth, the Preds preferably lose on the same day, the Jets beat the Mammoth on the fourteenth and the Jets beat the Sharks on the sixteenth. If these events happen, the Jets could make the playoffs on April 13, with a win over Vegas, as long as the Predators lose that night, and the Jets continue to win the rest of the games they play. If that happens, the Jets will likely play the Dallas Stars in the playoffs. If the Preds and Kings continue to win games, the Jets miss out on the playoffs even if the Jets win their remaining games. As you can see, everybody needs to lose. And we need to win.
