Story time was 👍. Thanks. Cheer is sort-of like football: (A physical contact activity, except that playing football can involve serious pain – (Getting crunched by a heavy-weight opponent). I recall a PE instructor in HS, held a "flag" football "class" session… 😳 So many classmates were not going for the flags, they went into full tackle mode.
Dude, if you don't buy a dang massage-gun…. especially if you are going to seriously go for a 5k. It is a lifesaver, especially for those who have to worry about gravity impact more than others 😉

ha ha, it's defo not gay to get into cheering or any sport/field with very physically fit beautiful opposite sex, we all act better if the other person is f@ckable, even if you have a partner who you would NEVER cheat on, it's natural

Ouch, that's why I didn't run, my shins felt broken, my feet cramped up running on pavement after school. I was fine running in parks and on trails before school started. My 5K time was 27 minutes, lol. I ended up on swim team.
Not sure if this is at all modern PT treatment, but for shin pain, I was told to move my ankles by forming the ABC's with my toes. Also oddly enough stumping around on my heels helps with the imbalance of stronger calves. The idea of both is to activate shin muscles (playing soccer made my brother's legs strong.)
