You guys are on glue this game is irrelevant, these teams are in completely different places in there developments. Is it just me or is Hughes one of the most overrated defencemen in the league. He doesn’t hit, box out in front of his net, doesn’t go near the corners, doesnt win board battles, doesn’t block shots and doesn’t play on the penalty kill, His complete lack of physicality only gets magnified in the playoffs when they put the whistles away. This guy is going to demand a massive salary and tie the hands of whatever team signs him so they aren’t able to flesh out the rest of the team. Teams win cups not individuals, Florida vsMCDAVID just proved that twice. He is gonna be the Mitch Marner of defenceman , but worse ,he doesn’t get as many points while Mitch is a forward Hughes is actually supposed to play a little defence. Spending the kind of money he will demand on a player that is trending to be ineffectual in the playoffs is suicide for an organisation. Thinking the Canucks had a narrow escape and liking how the guys we got are trending. You guys have been clamouring for a rebuild for eons but now tonight’s game is the most important game since they invented sliced bread. GIVE ME A BREAK .

The faster the midia stops talking abou Hughes and last trade the better for Canucks . Canucks are young, team is way better after the trade with Minni. Team is playing hard most games. Young D is making mistakes it's ok, next year team will be way better. Hughes stincks for his move to Minni period. Midia wants Prez out, midia wanys GM out midia wants Foote out. We as fans want Pascal and Maholtra alog side of Foote next year. Team will be much much better next season. That means 2 AST's go, Prez starts walking the pitch and put. Youth trains harder on cardio as you can see in second periods of eacgh game it lacks.
