    Really hope Mecole comes back. He has great chemistry with Mahomes and fits Reid’s offensive scheme perfectly.

    Hoping he comes back on at least a one-year deal. His experience and knowledge of the KC offense is invaluable. 2022 was a lost season, but now that JuJu is gone, Mecole could emerge as the top dog in 2023 if he and the Chiefs will give it a shot.

    Bring him home and make him comfortable. $
    He already knows our playback.
    He's not an every down player but that's fine.
    Reast him up early in the season and use him in the playoff run.
    He's not a superstar but he is a good hand.

    Considering the near-decimated state of the Chief's receiving corps, Hardman would actually be a surprisingly important signing. Considering he already knows the system and Mahomes knows him, he'd probably be able to make a bigger impact with the Chiefs than anyone else.

    He was a knee-jerk draft pick when Hill had a BS legal issue pop up right before the draft and KC wasn't sure if Tyreek would be suspended.

    He never panned out as anything more than a jet sweep guy. His injury was to his core (abdomen) which affects everything an athlete must do.

    He's a #3 WR at best.

    At first I thought he needed to go bye-bye. He has been a disappointment other than his rookie year and some this past year. I don't think he is injury-prone, I just think he struggled with some injury issues this year. If he cannot find a good long-term deal, I'm of the opinion now that he should come back on a one-year prove-it deal and really work for that big payday he wants. He has the talent. Great speed, runs the best Jet Sweep in the NFL, really good hands and can stretch the field. His issue up to this point has been between the ears. I don't think he takes the game and preparation as seriously as he should and if he did, he could probably put together a season that would get him a contract like JuJu just got. So yeah, I'd be down to bring him back for a year at this point. Especially since we have lost some receivers and haven't added any yet.

    He was injured most of last year ..at the very least he should sign a year deal with kc and test the market again next year …

    I think he'll come back after he finds a stale market. I still think KC is his best fit. Some guys want to spread their wings and leave the nest if there is a chance they can be, "the guy" somewhere else.
