The only reason the '25 draft seemed to have less potential for us was that we traded our two first round picks. Otherwise, we would have had four picks in the top 49.

Hutson had zero points in 3 games, that hurt him. I said he wouldn't get 82 this year, if he get's 81 I was right lol. But, I said that because I feel he will get that when they have abetter second C and Demidov get's over 80 90 100+ More points for 1 player leads more for everyone else… Takes a team to get points.

We need a couple hard nosed heavy hitting defencemen on the bottom pairing. Come this playoffs the Canadiens will be exposed by the physical play.
In two years time neither Gallagher and Anderson will be on the team and we need to have a stream of people to replace them if we want to have long term success. Our drafting has been crazy good. I think focusing on character as well as skill has been a good strategy.
