Who deserves credit for Senators continuing to win amid slew of injuries?

Who gets credit for the Senators win after missing their top two defencemen? How big of a statement was the Canadiens win over the Hurricanes? TSN Director of Scouting Craig Button joins SC with Jay Onrait to discuss.

  1. Does Button not realize the sens had the worst goaltending in the league prior to Ullmark's absence also? He acts like Ullmark came back from his leave and been a saviour. I think last night was the first game since his return where he had over a .900 save percentage. Let's hope last night was a sign of things to come

  2. 16-3-2 in their last 21 games. Absolutely bonkers. Going by their run the Sens are the best team in the league right now.

  3. Everybody but especially the coach. Obviously a team effort but it cannot be understated how quickly this team has become an actual contender since Travis Green has arrived

  4. Sens play meat and potatoes hockey. They're always hard on the puck, stingy on allowing shots, and they punish your mistakes. Green's system is working so well with this team.

  5. Who deserves credit? The entire team. There are no passengers. Everyone has contributed in one way or another. They aren't relying on a hot goalie or a superstar to drag them to the playoffs. They're a team, through and through.

  6. That between the leg pass was not a great play, it was reckless. The outcome was great, but it was a high risk play.
