Brother…where have you been. In the last year of Sam Rosen, they purposefully tanked, at EVERY special event this year with past Rangers being honores they have lost every game Why would Mika night be different?
They have ZERO pride; ZERO zeal, ZERO respect for a home game and frankly are getting ZERO coaching cause I would have just played the under 25 bunch and Sat everyone else.
50 yr fan here. I don't even watch anymore. I can't! Even if I did, there are only a handful of players I'd actually root for (Perrault, Kartye, Carrick. And now he's gone). The veterans, who get all the ice time, are IMPOSSIBLE to root for. Miller, Fox, Vinny, SHEARY?!?! This team is done for the foreseeable future.
WTF? Don’t they watch videos of their opponents? This team played a different, faster style. I lost cable due to high winds & listened to the game & heard broadcaster constantly indicating NYR out of position or got away w poss penalty tho Tro got decked/interfered & no call? I’m boycotting NFL & barely watch MLB NYR skill set should carry into deep playoff run. Again WTF

I have a coach at work and he's always instilled something in my mind there are two things you could control in life and that's ever an attitude and in hockey you can even add positioning to that this team is just bad and they lack desperately lack a good leader JT Miller was not the answer I don't care how hurt you are you could still lead and inspire and that's not happening We had a nice little run after the Olympic break and somebody wasn't part of that wow what a coincidence
Disgraceful? No. Depressing? Yes. Over $25M in guaranteed contracts and couldn’t get more than 4 shots thru 2 periods on Mika night. Pray the Rangers have #2 pick so they can take LW/RW Ivar Stenberg, Swedish power forward who can create his own shot and fits perfectly alongside Perreault & Lafreniere.
Mika ain't exactly loved by his teammates. Seems like Mika turns it off & on at will….get rid of Mika & J.T. & the rest of the team might be able to stand each other.

It never fails…whenever there's ANY kind of pregame ceremony, they always lay an egg. This, however, was a new low. Absolutely abysmal.
