Great defensive effort by both sides. Buffalo got a fortunate bounce for the first goal and then managed to make it hold up. Even more impressive I don't think Vegas got a shot on goal once they went empty net.

At this point it's starting to seem Sabres have something to offer in the playoffs it's not just regular season success. Looking at the east I think Sabres can easily go to the finals. I'm picking the Sabres over everyone there. West is then Avs, Dallas and Oilers. I think I would pick all those above Sabres. But still finals is well within reach.
