  1. Jack Johnson also was a genetic freak. Look at his great physique. PEDs and steroids didn't even exist back then.

  2. Thanks Reemus for uploading on the slick style of Jack Johnson and I hope you make an Art of Boxing of him. I also waiting for the Art of Boxing of Sugar Ray Robinson. Keep up the good work.

  3. I love your videos man. I always tell my sister that there is more to boxing then the physical. There's a mental aspect that plays an even larger role and your videos portray that fact amazingly.

  4. Jack Johnson sang high praise to legendary Puncher Joe Choynski for teaching him his defense after they got locked up together for their fight back when Boxing was illegal in TX.
You're 💯% right about not letting yourself be discouraged.
A lot of trainers will tell you not to practice or try different old school techniques. Especially if you don't get it right immediately.
Mostly because they don't know how to teach it, but a scary number of trainers even purposely try to limit their fighters so they can profit off of bad match ups.

  5. I’m training in Jiu Jitsu and wrestling. The inside tie is one of my favorite techniques… when it works! Thank you for this inspiring video. I will not give up on inside ties and stay patient. Didn’t know that Johnson struggled so much in the beginning. Thank you!
