I hope for 2 things to be taken from my message.
1 – if you’re injured, mobility issues, physical dysfunction, just general body backfiring on you in some way…you can always still do something even if it isn’t ideal. Moving and doing what you can will always be better than sitting and stewing feeling sorry for yourself.
2 – If I can see upper body growth like this from just hitting arms then I hope you take that as some evidence showing that exercise selection and muscle isolation are both overkill. It’s not so much what exercise you do but how you do it. Continually I see so much of the fitness content focused on exercises and how to isolate individual muscles. I think it really doesn’t matter that much and just insane consistency, intensity, and weight progression will drive your growth. Pick a few moves you like for each muscle group and just dial in your process to elite levels of focus and drive.

If hes natural and this is actually what happens when u train only arms, i would consider this, theres just no way to know, so much bs i can never trust myself to decide whos fake and whos natty

This is what happens when you only focus on 1 or 2 muscle groups at a time. Clever idea for naturals. I guarantee just do 6 months of each body part at a time and watch what happens
